6:30 PM First Tuesday Dinner and a Movie with Rev. Jon Dobrer. The movie for this month is "Eat, Pray, and Love". See the movie on your own sometime during the month and meet at Marie Calendars at 6:30 PM for dinner and a movie discussion. The restaurant is located at 126 E. Yorba Linda Blvd. in Placentia. 9:00 AM Fuddy Duddies. This group of retirees meets on the first Monday of every month at 9:00 AM at a local restaurant for a great breakfast and good conversation. Everyone is welcome. The restaurant this month is Monkey Business at 301 E. Amerige in Fullerton.

10:00 AM Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony This special gathering is sponsored by the UU Women's Wisdom Circle. Elfy Keffelew introduces us to this traditional part of women's lives in Ethiopia, including a fine cup of coffee, some snacks and time to share news, solve problems and deepen the bonds of community. Share the Plate. On the third Sunday of every month, UUCF shares half of the non-pledge contributions with a charity in the community. The charity is chosen by the Social Action Committee. 7:00 PM Women's Wisdom Circle meets twice a month. This is an open group and all women are welcome. This week the meeting will be held at the home of Fran Dobley. The topic: "What are the most important values to pass on to the next generation." This is a great way to get to know other women in the congregation. No need to RSVP. Just come.

12:00 PM Meditation Group Field Trip The UUCF Meditation Group will be taking a trip to the Zen Center of Los Angeles on Sept. 25th from noon tp 5:00 PM.
